Aliviah Patterson

Founder & Editor-in-Chief

The Press Address was founded by Aliviah Patterson, a high school student with a strong interest in politics, government, law, economics, and public affairs.

Aliviah created The Press Address as a place to explore current events, examine important issues, and share information with readers in a clear and thoughtful way.

Her interest in public affairs comes from a belief that understanding how government, law, economics, and society work is important for everyone. She is especially interested in the relationship between public policy and the people it affects.

As the founder and editor-in-chief, Aliviah oversees the publication’s reporting, writing, research, and editorial direction.

Outside of The Press Address, she enjoys studying government and politics, following current events, and writing.

The Press Address is a work in progress, and Aliviah is excited to build it one story at a time.
